*Navi*, Now Used as International Standard of Censoring

Today the IUOEC (International Use of Expletive Committee) announced the retirement of !@#$%^&* symbols for censoring swears. In its place, the word *Navi* will be inserted instead.

"People let's wake up and smell the censoring" stated the leader of the committee. "Using these symbols to block out a word like &#@! is just not effective anymore. Children can still count the number of symbols used and figure out the word anyway. we needed a replacement that would work for all swears, regardless of length. Many names were suggested and even one state, but in the end we had to go with the annoying fairy from Ocarina of Time"

"Navi" is an offensive word among with Zelda gamers, use the "swear word" consistantly on forums. Such phrases include "Your such a *Navi*" or "Why don't you *Navi* the *Navi* off you *Naving* son of a *Navi*". Now it's usage will spread beyond these circles as the new international standard of censoring.

Currently, swears on the internet are simply replaced with the word *Navi*. Verbs will use the terms *Naving or *Navier* respectively. On TV, a sound clip of James Earl Jones saying the word "Navi" will replace the standard "bleep". In addition the offenders mouth will be covered with a picture of the fairy.

However, there have been several complaints by people regarding about how hard it is to type *Navi* everytime they want to swear.

"It's too bad" replyed the committee leader "If they don't like it maybe they should just shut the *Navi* up"
