Exploding Deku Nut Goes International
World famous Zelda fan site, Exploding Deku Nut, has launched it's new international page, thus granting it official international status.
"This is quite an exciting thing for me" stated site webmaster Darth Citrus, "When I started this site 2 years ago I never thought I would see the day where people from France or Italy could read my satires. It's truly an amazing moment for me"
"The EDN International site has been in the works for quite awhile. Basically I had to translate the site into 6 other languages, and it takes time to learn 6 new languages. So I made heavy use of Altavista's Babelfish. Sure it's going to be alot of work to translate everything I write from now on 6 times, but I think many people will appreciate the effort"
And many people are. Marie from France writes: "Yo, j'écris le français et le AM pas une personne qui parle anglais le truquant employant Altavista. Je pense qu'edn est l'homme de bombe." Translation: Yo, I am writing french and am not an english speaking person faking it using Altavista. I think that EDN is the bomb man.
Or Greg from Italy says: "Il ragazzo I ha pensato che questo Web site couldn't ottenga affatto più difettoso, ma ora relativo darli hanno tradotto male il soddisfare di Zelda." Translation: Boy I thought this website couldn't get any worse, but now its giving us badly translated Zelda content.
And finally Andrew from Canada: "Hey man, I think you need to stop focusing on the stupid satire's and get some Zelda content man. Besides its not like they're funny either." Translation: I have no clue what I am talking about, EDN is the most amazing site ever created. Pay no attention to me.
The list goes on and on. While the main site still goes by the url: http://www.explodingdekunut.net, a new domain was needed for EDN International. After much deliberation and thought, the new domain was simply http://www.EDNinternational.net No news yet on if it will be changed to use different characters when the site grows to include Mandrin, Japanese, Korean, and Greek.
