Directional Pad:
Control Link's movement

Start Button:
Brings up the game sub-screen

Select Button:
Brings up the map which allows you to view Link's location, and the names of places.

A Button:
Uses item assigned to this button. Also allows Link to talk to strangers, use the phone, read a stone slab, etc. A will allow you to read the next part of a message.

B Button:
Uses item assigned to this button. Also allows Link to talk to strangers, use the phone, read a stone slab, etc. B will cancel an action.
