Bottles Guide

Bottle 1: Southern Swamp
Go behind the potion shop follow the monkey through the woods. He'll lead you to an old witch called Koume. Talk to her and she'll tell you she needs you to give her energy. Hustle back to the potion shop and talk to Kotake. She’ll give you a bottle of red potion. Give it to Koume back in the woods (follow the monkey again) and she'll give you the bottle back after she drinks the potion.

Bottle 2: Mountain Village and Snowhead
Defeat Goht at Snowhead and blow up the rock in front of the Goron Racetrack with a powder keg. You need to get a powder keg permit from the Goron in charge of powder keg permits in order to use these. He's behind a block of ice on the ground in Goron Village. He’ll give you a powder keg to bring to the racetrack. As fast as you can, go back to the area where you found the Goron Elder. At the other end of the map you’ll find a slope, and at the top is a boulder blocking the racetrack. To get up here, you need to toss the keg up to the top of the slope and then roll up after it. Set the powder keg by the rock and clear away, because if you don’t you’ll get hit by the explosion. Go inside and win the race for a bottle filled of gold dust.
NOTE: the powder keg WILL blow up in your hands so time is of the essence!!!

Bottle 3: Romani Ranch
Talk to Romani on the first day. She'll ask you to shoot some balloons on horseback. If you succeed in under 2 minutes, she'll ask you to help fight ghosts at 2:00 AM. Come back at 2:00 AM on the second day and kill ghosts until 5:30 AM. Make sure none of them reach the barn and Romani will reward you with a bottle of Lon Lon Milk.
NOTE: there is a ghost that comes around the back of the barn, so run back there every so often to check if it’s near. I recommend using the bunny hood to get places faster.

Bottle 4: Great Bay Go to the waterfall, look upward and hookshot up to the closest tree you see. Continue this until you get to the highest ledge, and head to the waterfall on this level. Talk to the beaver and agree to race. You’ll have to follow the beaver through the rings. Once you beat him, his brother will challenge you. Out-race him for a bottle.
NOTE: After obtaining the bottle race again and win within 1 minute and 50 seconds for a heart piece.

Bottle 5: Clocktown
While going through the trading process for the Postman's Hat you'll be given a letter from Kafei by the curiosity shop owner. He can be found in the house by the laundry pool on the third day between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Deliver the letter to Madam Aroma in the milk bar at 6:00 PM for an empty bottle.

Bottle 6: Ikana Graveyard After you get the Captain's Hat, put it on and go to the graveyard on the 3rd Night. Tell the Skeletons to open the grave and jump down the hole. Enter the large chamber, kill the Wallmaster inside, and talk to Dampe. Lead him onto the brown lumps of dirt and have him dig them up. Some of the mounds he digs up contain blue lights. Once he digs up 3 of these, a Big Poe will appear. Kill it for an empty bottle
NOTE: I believe one of the dirt mounds contains a heart piece.
