Controls

The controls for this game are pretty simple. Here's a list of the basics:

A Button: Various Actions (Open, Speak, Next, Check, Put Away Weapon, Attack (roll) etc.)

B Button: Attack with Sword

Z Button: Center Behind Link, Z-target

R Button: Shield

L Button: Toggle Map

Start: Pause Game, Bring up subscreen

Up C : First Person View, Listen to Navi (Only when icon is flashing)

Left, Right, Down C : Use item set to C

Control Stick Move Link, Aiming (Bow, Slingshot)

Z-Targeting

One the cool features of OoT is Z targeting. When enemies surround you, you will see Navi hover around them. When she does, press Z and you will be targeting the enemy. When you are Z-Targeting them, you can shoot arrows, attack and block attacks more accurately. Z-Targeting can also be used on other items that Navi hovers around.
