Items Guide

So, you want EVERYTHING in the game? Here's where I'll hook you guys up with where to get them and how to get them. I should note that this guide is in function for both, the Wii, and Gamecube versions of Twilight Princess.

Items to be had:

Common Items:
    -Arrows: Scattered throughout the map.
    -Faries: Scattered throughout the map.
    -Hearts: Scattered throughout the map.
    -Rupees: Scattered throughout the map.
        -Denominations of:
            -1
            -5
            -10
            -20
            -50
            -100
            -200
    -Seeds: Scattered throughout the map.

Collectibles:
    -Fish: Found in Ponds, Lakes, and Streams.
        -Various types in game.
    -Gold Bugs (covered in another guide)
    -Heart Pieces and Containers:
        -Containers: Found after beating Dungeon Bosses
        -Pieces: Scattered around Hyrule. Some people hold possession of them.
    -Poe Souls (Covered in another guide)

Dungeon Items:
    -Big Keys: Found in Dungeons.
    -Compasses: Found in Dungeons.
    -Dungeon Maps: Found in Dungeons.
    -Ooccoo and Ooccoo Jr.: Found at start of a Dungeon.
    -Small Keys: Found in Dungeons. Quest Items
    -Ancient Sky Book: Show Impaz the useless Dominion Rod.
    -Ashei's Sketch: Speak with Ashei.
    -Auru's Memo: Speak with Auru.
    -Ball and Chain: Defeat Snowpeak Ruins' Dungeon Midboss.
    -Bedroom Key: Find and open 3rd treasure chest that Yeta marks on your map.
    -Bee Larvae: Purchase from shops; knock down Hlian Hornet nests and scoop up remnants into a bottle.
    -Big Quiver: Win the STAR tent minigame in Castle Town.
    -Big Wallet: Give Princess Agitha her first Golden Bug.
    -Blue Chu Jelley: Defeat a Blue Chu and scoop up the remnants.
    -Blue Potion: Purchase from shops.
    -Bomb Bags:
        -1: Purchase from Barnes' Bomb Shop.
        -2: Help Iza by destroying rockslides along Zora's River.
        -3: Destroy the giant underwater Bomb Rock in the center of Zoras' Throne.
    -Bomblings: Purchase from bomb shops.
    -Bombs:
        -Water: Purchase from shops; find in treasure chests.
        -Normal: Purchase from shops; find in treasure chests.
    -Bottles: (covered in another guide.)
    -Clawshot: Defeat Lake bed Temple's Dungeon Midboss.
    -Double Clawshot: Defeat City in the Sky's Dungeon Midboss.
    -Coral Earrings: Show Ashei's Sketch to Prince Ralis.
    -Doctors' Invoice: Give Renado's Letter to Telma
    -Dominion Rod: Defeat Temple of Time's Dungeon Midboss.
    -Fairies: Scattered around Hyrule.
    -Fish Journal: Catch your first fish with the Fishing Rod.
    -Fishing Rod: Return Uli's lost cradle to her.
    -Frog Lure: Win Rollgoal Minigame Board 1-8 and look for in fishpond.
    -Fused Shadows:
        -1:Defeat Forst Temple's Dungeon Boss.
        -2:Defeat Goron Mine's Dungeon Boss.
        -3:Defeat Lakebed Temple's Dungeon Boss.
    -Gale Boomerang: Defeat Forest Temple's Miniboss.
    -Giant Bomb Bag: Score 25 points or more at Iza's Rapid Ride minigame.
    -Giant Quiver: Beat STAR Tent minigame, level two.
    -Giant Wallet: Give Agitha all 24 Golden Bugs.
    -Golden Bugs (Chart): Catch your first Golden Bug.
    -Good Soup: Give Yeto the Ordon Pumpkin, then scoop some of his soup into a bottle.
    -Great Fairy's Tears: Visit Jovani after collecting 20 Poe Souls; Complete Cave of Ordeals; speak with the Great Fairy at any province spring after completing Cave of Ordeals.
    -Hawkeye: Purchase from Malo Mart (only available after completing Malo and Talo's Archery Challenge.
    -Hero's Bow: Defeat Goron Mines Dungeon Midboss.
    -Hero's Clothes: Fill the Vessel of Light for Spirit Faron.
    -Hidden Skills (Chart): Learn your first Hidden Skill from the Hero's Shade.
    -Hot Springwater:Stand in a hot spring and scoop its water into a bottle; purchase from Goron vendor in Castle Town.
    -Hylian Shield: Purchase from Malo Mart.
    -Ilia's Charm (Horse Call): Show the Wooden Statue to Ilia, talk to Impaz, then show the charm to Ilia.
    -Iron Boots: Defeat Mayor Bo in a sumo-wrestling contest.
    -Key Shards: Visit each of the Goron Elders within the Goron Mines.
    -Lantern: Speak with Coro in Faron Woods.
    -Lantern Oil: Purchase from shops.
    -Lent Bomb Bag: Speak with Iza and agree to help clear the rock slides from Zora's River.
    -Letters (chart): Meet with the postman for the first time.
    -Magic Armor: Purchase from Malo Mart Castle Branch.
    -Master Sword: Sole event of the Giants puzzle; Pull the Master Sword from the ground in the Sacred Grove.
    -Milk: Purchase from shops.
    -Mirror Shards:
        -2: Defeat the Snowpeak Ruin's Dungeon Boss.
        -3: Defeat the Temple of Time's Dungeon Boss.
        -4: Defeat th City in the Sky's Dungeon Boss.
    -Ordon Goat Cheese: Find and open the second treasure chest that Yeta marks on your map.
    -Ordon Pumpkin: Find and open the first treasure chest that Yeta marks on your map.
    -Ordon Sheild: Enter Jaggle's house; dash into the wall to knock down the shield.
    -Ordon Sword: Enter Rusl's house and retrieve it.
    -Purple Chu Jelly: Defeat a Purple Chu, then scoop remnants into a bottle.
    -Quiver: Defeat the Goron Mine's Dungeon Midboss. Quiver will be acquired when you obtain the Hro's Bow.
    -Rare Chu Jelly: Defeat a Rare Chu, then scoop remnants into a bottle.
    -Red Chu Jelly: Defeat a Red Chu, then scoop its remnants into a bottle.
    -Renado's Letter: Speak with Renado after completing Dungeon 6 in the Temple of Time.
    -Simple Soup: Scoop some of Yeto's soup into a bottle.
    -Sinking Lure:
        -Wii Version: Catch all types of fish while lure-fishing; leave the fishing hole through the main door; return and bobber-fish off the Northwesternmost bank.
        -Gamecube Version: Same except for it's the Southwesternmost Bank.
    -Slingshot: Purchase from Sera's Sundries.
    -Spinner: Defeat Arbiter's Grounds Dungeon Midboss.
    -Superb Soup: Give Yeto the Ordon Goat Cheese, then scoop some of his soup into a bottle.
    -Telma's Invoice: Talk to Telma after handing her Renado's Letter.
    -Vessel of Light: Speak with the spirits that reside in each province.
    -Wallet: Start out with this at beginning of game.
    -Wooden Sheild: Purchase from various shops.
    -Wooden Statue: Defeat a large pack of Stalhounds.
    -Wooden Sword: Obtain the Slingshot, then visit Link's house.
    -Worm Bait: Defeat a Bombskit, then scoop remnants into a bottle.
    -Yellow Chu Jelly: Defeat a Yellow Chu, then scoop remnants into a bottle.
    -Zora Armor: Speak with Rutela after you escort Prince Ralis to Kakariko Village.

Now you're off to save the world with everything in your arsenal. Sup Ganondorf?
