Secrets
Quivers
For all you archers, including me, there are 2 hidden quiver upgrades. Both can be acquired by playing the STAR mini-game, which is found in the back roads of Castle Town. The STAR mini-game is played by using the clawshot to grapple around a cage and collect colored orbs. Simply collect all the orbs within the time limit for the big quiver, which holds 60 arrows. The next round you will need the double clawshots, because the platforms are taken away. Once again you will need to collect all the orbs within the time limit, although this time it is harder. Once you succeed, all your blood, sweat, and tears, will pay off by rewarding you with a giant quiver, which holds a whopping 100 ARROWS.
Wallets
You will obtain larger wallets by donating bugs to Agitha’s bug palace. Now they aren’t ordinary bugs that she wants, instead she wants golden bugs. These are quite easily seen at night, or with wolf senses. Anyway there are 24 total. For the first bug you give, she will bestow upon you the big wallet, which holds 600 rupees. The second wallet, which holds 1000 rupees, is obtained by donating all 24.
Bomb Bags
There are 3 bomb bags to be had during the game. The first is bought at the bomb shop for 120 rupees, but it comes filled with bombs. The second can be obtained by unblocking the river for Iza leading from her Canoe port to Lake Hylia. The third can be acquired by blowing up the rock that you used to thaw out Zora’s Domain. This is done by sinking to the bottom with the iron boots and setting a water bomb next to it. Zora Armor is recommended. Also, legend has it that you can double the size of your bomb bags by scoring 25 or more points on Iza’s Rapid Ride.
Magic Armor
The Malo Mart is working on a fund to restore the bridge into Castle Town. They want a thousand rupee donation, which can be donated in segments. Once that’s done, they will ask for a 2000 rupee donation, so that they can take over the shop in castle town square and set up their own shop. It sells everything for half of the price that shops outside Castle Town sell for. This is where you can buy the magic armor for 598 rupees.
NOTE: I paid the first donation in 3 segments in this order: 250 rupees, 500 rupees, 250 rupees. Then, I went to pay the next fund in 500 rupee segments. I only paid 500 rupees once and IT SAID I WAS DONE. I came out 1500 rupees short. This method was executed on the Gamecube version and is not guaranteed to work on the Wii version.
